The reporting option is open to all employees, business partners, and other third parties. If you suspect that conduct violates legal or internal regulations or our Code of Conduct—whether through active action or omission—we ask you to report it.
Reports can be submitted (anonymously) via the established SpeakUp reporting system. You can report a violation online in written form or make a report by telephone. When reporting a violation, both the privacy policy for using SpeakUp and the SpeakUp Guide (rules of procedure) on handling complaints and suspected compliance cases apply.

The reporting system is not intended for reporting incidents that pose an immediate threat to life or property. In such cases, please contact the known emergency numbers or the nearest police station.
It must also not be used for false accusations—reporting information that is knowingly false is prohibited. Furthermore, we refer to the option of reporting to external reporting offices. The German legislator attaches particular importance to internal reporting of compliance violations and expressly prioritizes it over external channels.
